All teaching and administrative staff who wish to take part in staff mobility should complete their application via https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ during the application time.
Applications without invitation letter will be considered as “ineligible.”
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
- Official Invitation Letter (signed and stamped by the receiving institution)
- Erasmus+ HE Staff Mobility agreement – training (signed and stamped by host institution)
- CV: Could be in English and Turkish
- English Language Proficiency Test Result
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ACADEMIC STAFF
- Official Invitation Letter (signed and stamped by the receiving institution)
- Erasmus+ HE Staff Mobility agreement – teaching (signed and stamped by host institution)
- CV: Could be in English and Turkish.
