All teaching and administrative staff who wish to take part in staff mobility should complete their application via https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ during the application time.

Applications without invitation letter will be considered as “ineligible.”

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

  1. Official Invitation Letter (signed and stamped by the receiving institution)
  2. Erasmus+ HE Staff Mobility agreement – training (signed and stamped by host institution)
  3. CV: Could be in English and Turkish
  4. English Language Proficiency Test Result

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ACADEMIC STAFF

  1. Official Invitation Letter (signed and stamped by the receiving institution)
  2. Erasmus+ HE Staff Mobility agreement – teaching (signed and stamped by host institution)
  3. CV: Could be in English and Turkish.
