Dear Students,
Within the scope of the European Internship Consortium, applications for the 2023-2024 project year will be received between 04 April 2023 – 25 April 2023 as 2 online applications via MyKHAS and E-Government/E-devlet.
The minimum period required for Erasmus Internship Mobility to be valid is 2 months.
Application Steps:
- Online application via MyKHAS and E-government. Applications of students who do not complete their application via e-government will be deemed invalid.
- Uploading Application Documents to the System: You must upload your documents to the MyKHAS & E-government system until 23:59 on April 25, 2023. Applications of those who do not upload their documents will be considered invalid.
Application Documents:
- Application Form (to be filled through both systems – E-devlet & Mykhas)
- 1 original Transcript from Student Affairs (English or Turkish)
Announcement of application results: The date has not been clarified.
At this stage, the applicants regardless of the department will be ranked according to their Erasmus score and the grant distribution will be made according to the amount of grant transferred to the resources of our University. Results will be announced in the announcements at https://global.khas.edu.tr/ and information will be sent via e-mail.
Deadline for Submission of Acceptance Letter: 2 May 2023
- Students who successfully meet the application criteria at the first stage, but have not received the acceptance letter, have to send us the acceptance document from the institution where they will go for internship until 2 May 2023.
- Students who have not uploaded an acceptance letter although they are entitled to be placed will not be considered to have completed their applications, and their right to be placed will end as of May 2, 2023.
- The Letter of Acceptance you need to provide must be on the letterhead of the counterparty, signed and stamped.
Application Criteria:
- Minimum 1-year Grade Point Average (Grade 1 students cannot apply!)
- Grade Point Average: Min 2.20 For undergraduate students; Min 2.50 for Graduate Students
- English Proficiency Criteria: They must meet one of the minimum English proficiency criteria listed below and the grades of the following English exams must be entered into the system at the Student Affairs’s Office before the application and they must be submitted during the application:
- EL 101-102: CB
- EL 201-202: CC
- English Language Proficiency Score is created by taking the average of the last 2 courses from EL courses.
- KHAS 103-105: CB ve üzeri
- Students who cannot provide the required proficiency in the above courses can also submit the following valid exam results they have taken in the last 5 years:
- Toefl IBT: 78
- YDS, E-YDS, YÖKDİL: 65
- CAE, CPE: 160
- PTE Akademik: 60
Erasmus Score: It is calculated by taking the arithmetic average of GPA and English Language Proficiency Score.
However, the following aspects are also taken into account in the evaluation of applications:

From the students who did not submit the abandonment letter to confirm his/her attendance after the given time: | -10 points |
Applying to two mobility types at the same time (reduction is applied to the student’s preferred mobility type) | -10 points |
For the students who got selected: Not attending the required orientation/meetings organized by the University without an official excuse (applicable to the next application of the student) | -5 points |

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Our graduates can also benefit from mobility when they apply before they graduate. However, the internship right must be completed within 12 months following graduation.
- Within the scope of Erasmus internship program, students are granted a maximum of 2 months.
- Payments are made in two installments, 80% of the total grant before going and 20% when returning. A maximum of 2 months grant is given for Internship Mobility.
